 At Visual Zones, we stand behind the quality of our furniture. This warranty outlines our commitment to ensuring your satisfaction and peace of mind. 

 We provide a limited warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship under normal residential use.

• Structural Frame: 1–3 years (depending on product) 
• Hardware & Mechanisms: 1 year 
• Upholstery & Finishes: 6 months – 1 year 

Warranty periods begin from the date of delivery.

• Manufacturing defects in wood, metal, or structural components 
• Faulty hardware (hinges, rails, fasteners) 
• Significant defects in workmanship affecting usability

 This warranty does not cover:

• Normal wear and tear (scratches, dents, fading) 
• Damage from misuse, accidents, or improper assembly 
• Exposure to extreme conditions (moisture, heat, sunlight) 
• Unauthorized repairs or modifications 
• Commercial or non-residential use
